The Gasse ski resort is small but excellent. It offers skiers and snowboarders a piste of 1.1 km and a button lift to take them to the top. The lift is only a few metres away from Hotel Plunhof and can be used by our hotel guests free-of-charge. The area is very manageable, ideal for beginners, pleasure skiers and families. Anyone with only a short amount of time, for example on their day of arrival or departure, will still manage a few ski runs.
For younger skiers, there is a fun children's area, while ski lessons can be booked at any time. The expertly trained ski and snowboard instructors at the Ratschings (Racines) ski school are pleased to offer expert advice and tuition to children and adults alike, in either group or private lessons.
Directly next to the lift, there is also a rental shop that provides all the necessary gear. This means that everything you could possibly need for a day's skiing is right by our front door. The best thing is that you don't need to bother with your car or the hustle and bustle of the big ski resorts. After a day of winter fun outdoors, you can get changed and relax in your own room or bathe in the Acqua Minera spa, take a sauna and unwind.
