When a white blanket of snow covers the earth and nature rests, that’s when, for many, the season of greatest joy arrives: the winter season.
Skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, ski touring, tobogganing and winter hiking are just some of the popular winter activities available to our visitors. Right now, tourism specialists are working on finding ways to ensure safe and enjoyable winter holidays despite COVID-19; while here at the Plunhof, we were able to gain a great deal of experience during the summer learning how best to organise safe distancing, regular disinfection protocols and much more.
We look to the near future with confidence and in the expectation that current joint efforts to contain the virus will pay off.
The Plunhof reopens on 18 December.
We have also come up with a new cancellation policy to make sure you have a most relaxed 2020/21 winter holiday.
COVID-19 cancellation policy:
If the country in which you live recommends not visiting Alto Adige or prevents you reaching us or classifies us as a country at risk and closes the border with Italy, you can cancel your booking up to three days before your date of arrival. In all the other cases, our usual cancellation policy applies.
Our usual cancellation policy:
- You can cancel without any penalty up until 1 month before the date of arrival.
- From 1 month to 7 days from the date of arrival, we charge 70% of the total amount of the stay.
- From 7 days to the date of arrival, we charge 90% of the total amount of the stay.
- We hope that you will understand that in the event of an early departure, late arrival or non-arrival you will be charged the full amount (100 percent) of the booked stay.
With this in mind, we look forward to your booking and to welcoming you to the Plunhof and the Ridnaun Valley!
